  1. Who we are

    Quadrano Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17517656. Our registered office and contact email are shown at the end of this page.

  2. Acceptance and eligibility

    By creating an account or using quadrano.com you agree to these terms. The service is for business use. You must have authority to bind your Organisation.

  3. Accounts and Organisations

    Signing up creates an Organisation, unless you joined through an invitation. The Organisation’s owner is responsible for its members and for what they do on the service. Keep your sign-in details safe.

  4. Acceptable use

    You must not:

    • abuse the service or other people’s sites;
    • attempt to break the security of the service;
    • use the service for anything unlawful.

  5. Your content

    The Specifications and Event Definitions you create are yours. You grant us the licence we need to store them and operate the service, such as serving a published Specification to visitors’ browsers.

  6. The service

    The service is free in its first release, with no service-level agreement. It may change, and it may be suspended for abuse.

  7. Liability

    Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to £100.

  8. Termination

    You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

  9. Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or by a notice on the site at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

  10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of England and Wales.
